Project Management

Project Management: Project Management is the discipline of organizing and managing resources in such a way that the project is completed within defined scope, quality, time and cost constraints.

Business Process Re-engineering: BPR is a management approach aiming at improvements by means of elevating efficiency and effectiveness of the processes that exist within and across organization.

Software testing: It is an activity aimed at evaluating an attribute or capability (such as reliability, efficiency, portability, maintainablity, compatibility and usability) of a program or system and determining that it meets its required results.

Enterprise Resource Planning: ERP systems integrate (or attempt to integrate) all data and processes of an organization into a unified system.
